Responsibilities:

- Familiarise yourself daily with all the details of forthcoming events requiring preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of food
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Bartending duties and service
- Re-stock the bar as required and rotate stock correctly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

**Skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in bartending is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
