HRGO have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Receptionist to join our long-term client on the Deeside Industrial Estate. This role is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

**Pay**: £12.19 per hour (£12,677 P/A)

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 12.30pm - 4.30pm

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting guests on arrival
- Making refreshments for customers
- Checking in guests and issuing security passes
- Answering the phone and directing to the correct department, taking messages when required
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Administrative support to various departments when needed
- Monitoring office supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail and great organisational skills
