We are a serviced accommodation business managing several properties in the Norwich area and are looking to grow our team of cleaners as we take on more units around the city. This post is for a Head cleaner role on a permanent basis with a minimum of 30 hrs per week.

Experience managing staff and stock is preferred but not essential as you will have a check list of tasks to complete each week and targets to achieve with clear instructions.

You must be committed to good standards and making sure that you take ownership of your role and responsibilities in keeping our homes clean and presentable for guests as well as managing the various areas associated with the job.

As part of your role you will be visiting various properties around the city and turning them over ready for next guests. You will also be in charge of managing cleaning operations for the business in between house cleans whcih include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and turning over properties in between guests
- Stock control/Ordering
- Hub and storage management/upkeep
- Staff rotas/onboarding
- Laundry duties
- Monitoring standards
- Reporting issues
- Basic property maintenance

We have several protocols in place with regards to Covid 19 from guest responsibilities to staff procedures. These include but are not limited to the use of PPE on site and an enhanced cleaning practice based around mitigating the spread of Covid 19.
