**£20,000 to £25,000 + OTE**

If you have experience within lettings or looking for the opportunity to start a career within the Property sector than this the perfect opportunity for you
**General Roles & Responsibilities**
- Grow the Branch Market Share and deliver KPIs.
- Carry out business generation activities.
- Carry out viewings ensure company follow up process implemented
- Cross selling through the branch.
- Following company client on board and listing process.
- Ensure management of clients and be involved in negotiating offers.
- Follow the company compliance checking procedures / ensuring legalities are correctly adhered to.

**Role requirements**
- Preferably experience in the property industry** **looking to accelerate your career.
- Talent in spotting and creating opportunities.
- The desire to uphold high professional standards and exceed expectations of customers at every opportunity.
- The desire to hold a qualification in Residential Property (Sales or Lettings)
- Demonstratable generation of new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service** **experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
