**JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer - Locum**
**LOCATION: North Cornwall**
**PQE: 3+**
**HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40 (£DOE)**

**THE CANDIDATE**:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with upwards of 3 years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on yourown initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under mínimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
