Service Care Legal are currently recruiting for a Childcare Solicitor to work within a supportive, experienced Childcare Legal team in a Local Authority in the Yorkshire area. The role will mainly be done remotely, occasionally work in the office and travelto court hearings in the local area. More details below:
Role: Childcare Solicitor
Location: Yorkshire

**Salary**: £50-£55hr
Contract: 3 Months On going (Hybrid
- Mainly Remote)
- Confident advocate before the Courts to undertake advocacy at all levels of proceedings where possible.
- Support the Legal Team Manager (Children and Community Services) in the efficient and cost-effective provision of Legal services

The Person-- 3+ years of PQE in Childcare Law.
- Clear strong communicator to deal with clients along with confident advocate.
- Previous Local Authority experience in Public Childcare Law is desirable but Applicants with private law experience in public childcare proceedings would also be welcome.
