**Are you looking to kick start your career within the Property Industry?**

We are currently supporting our client in their recruitment process for a Trainee Client Advisor based in Nottingham, to work in their On Market department.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, along side client requirements.

Working days are Monday to Friday with hours on a rota pattern:
Week 1

8:30am - 17:00pm

Week 2

9:00am - 17:30pm.

You will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays plus Bank Holidays.

Hybrid working is available 1 day per week.

**A salary of £21,225 with a very achievable OTE of £25,755, with the potential to earn more.**

Duties include:

- Assuring the marketing of properties is effective and on time
- Provide updates to clients on the marketing process
- Liaising with marketing agents

Ideal skills:

- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
