We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join a large, global, luxury brand at their outlet store in Bicester Village, in the role of Assistant General Manager. This is a brand that invests and develops its staff and therefore, I am looking for an ambitious individual that is looking for career progression. Due to the size of this store, the role of Assistant General Manager comes with great responsibilities so we are looking for someone with experience in looking after high head counts and turnovers. We are looking for managers preferably with premium or luxury brand experience or someone who works for another well respected household name in retail that are used to managing large teams. This role would be suited to a Store Manager of a medium or large store, looking for a new challenge. As well as a competitive basic salary, this role comes with bonuses, commissions and a benefits package that is above industry standard.

**EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS**
- Share ideas & solutions to optimise performance by working with the store team
- Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses and exceeding sales & key metric targets; conversion, units per transaction, sales per worked hours, customer data capture, units per hour, shrink & audit targets
- Optimise resource to improve productivity, operational efficiency and provide an exceptional company experience
- Utilise available data to draw conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action
- Proactively track & monitor competitor activity & share opportunities
- Create & deliver action plans to minimise shrink & improve store compliance

**INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM**
- Direct and inspire the team to maximise KPI results & opportunities by providing the company experience & delivering operational excellence
- Support the hiring & development of talent to meet the business requirement
- Manage talent performance, support personal development plans, provide regular feedback & coaching
- Take responsibility for the planning & implementation of process & technical training
- Encourage a culture with creativity, strong work ethic & a passion for the brand
- Act as the store Brand Ambassador; manage the adherence of the company dress & grooming standards
- Recognise & acknowledge achievements across all employees
- Deputise for the General Manager by successfully leading & empowering the team to maximise performance
- Promote teamwork, actively listen and involve others in decision making

- Drive the operational efficiencies to ensure customer experience team can connect, convert and conclude

**BRAND PRESENTATION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY**
- Plan, implement and communicate the execution of model store standards & inventory flow
- Implement the brand visual proposition to commercially support the customer journey & increase KPI's
- Influence the visual presentation strategy through commercial thinking & utilisation of key reports
- Identify & resolve inventory levels & opportunities in partnership with corporate business partners
- Ensure compliance to all company policy & procedures including, APIS, cash management and Health & Safety
- Ensure adequate store supplies are available & managed within agreed budget

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Professional experience within a retail environment.
- Proactive, positive and dynamic personality.
- High customer and people service orientation.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Understanding of delivering performance against KPIs
- Experience within MS Office suite.
