QA Tester

**Responsibilities include**:

- PBI (backlog) review and identify acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with BA’s to define the tests and identify test assets required to satisfy the acceptance criteria.
- Work with developers to carry out user acceptance & regression tests.
- Create bug reports.
- Support the team to deliver quality software to aggressive deadlines.
- Develop and implement a test automation strategy for external & internal API’s including functional load/stress testing.

**Technical Experience/Skills required**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar QA Tester role
- Experienced back-end/server-side testing
- Proficient in C# programming and scripting
- Experience of developing API tests, load/stress testing
- Basic understanding of Azure Cloud and Microservices architecture
- Familiar with CI/CD development/deployment practices
- Experience in an Azure DevOps environment.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)

**Technical Experience/Skills required**:

- Any exposure to automation test frameworks (e.g. RestSharp or Postman are an advantage)
- Experience of integrating automation with CI/CD Pipelines
- ISTQB Certification
