**Customer Experience Team Member**

**Location: Thurso Street, Glasgow, G11 6PE**

**Salary**:£23,965 - £25,410 per annum(depending on experience),plusbonus and benefits

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work5 days out of 7,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the CustomerExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same

**What you'll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member**:

- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students

**What we're looking for**:

- A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you'll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
- You'll also have great time management and organisational skills
