As Service Co-ordinator within our commercial catering repairs business you shall be responsible for organising the efficient and cost-effective running of field service activities. Covering both planned and reactive work, both emergency and routine call outs by making sure that the appropriate engineer attends the job as required.

**Role Requirements**

This is a new role and will be based in our Inverness office. The successful applicant will be involved in the development of the full scope and activities which will include:

- Co-ordinate the activities of the field service engineers
- Be aware of the engineers technical abilities and qualifications
- Provide costs estimates for customers
- Order parts as identified by field engineers
- Invoice all completed work
- Generate sales leads

**Skill and experience**

We are looking for a hard working and motivated individual with a passion for customer service and building customer relationships.
- To be self motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good computer skills

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
