**Fund Trainee - People Servies**

**Salary: £24294.00 - £25979.00 (Grade 4)**

**Hours: 37 hours**

**Contract: 1 x full time - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract**

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to appoint** **a Fund Trainee (Industrial Placement) to support the People Services team with organising internal and external training events, which includes attendance lists, obtaining feedback and liaising with other teams to ensure room layout and IT is available.

The Fund, from its state of the art new offices at I9 in Wolverhampton, manages and administers the pension benefits of over 330,000 members across more than 800 employers - making data management a core function and central to its ability to provide a high quality service its customers.

We are seeking a confident, hardworking Fund Trainee with excellent organisation skills to support with a range of administrative activities.

Responsibilities include:

- To support the Organisational Development Officer with the co-ordination of training business cases and recording of progress on internal dashboards.
- Responsible for the organisation of the Funds Induction programme.
- To support the Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer with the organisation of internal workshops and wellbeing events.

**Our working arrangements**

All council roles are allocated to either a fixed, field or flexible work style. Some roles are agile which enable and empowers employees to maximise their performance and productivity, whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance. Roles with a fixed workstyle work in a fixed permanent council location. Roles with a field workstyle are usually allocation where employees are required to be out working in the community with a minimum requirement for 'touch down' space at any council location. Roles with a flexible workstyle have a flexible base location to meet the needs of the business and employees can work from a mixture of home or any council office, partner/client, or external location, as required to meet service requirements.
