TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join the TEXO team in our Westhill office.

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate closely with the Group Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) department, championing best practices throughout TEXO. The aim is to ensure comprehensive promotion, implementation, and adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems and policies across all facets of the organisation.

**Main Area(s) of Responsibility**:

- Continually improve TEXO’s HSEQ standards and culture.
- Promote a proactive commitment to TEXO HSEQ objectives and KPIs.
- Provide support and guidance on the requirements of and monitor TEXO compliance to the requirements of the applicable legislation, industry standards, and ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 9001.
- Manage and be point of contact for one of our seven departments.

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- IOSH Managing Safety

**Desirable**
- Incident Investigator (Recognised certification such as Kelvin Topset)
- IOSH Membership
- Risk Management

**Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in similar industries as an HSEQ Advisor (minimum 5 years).
- Practical Risk Assessment skills.
- Professional written and spoken communication skills in order to explain health and safety processes to a range of people and to give presentations to groups as required.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and capability to deal with multiple demands to meet deadlines.
- Ability to use your initiative to seek resolutions to HSEQ challenges which may be time sensitive, within all departments of Texo Group.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
