Responsible to : CRM Development Lead
Location : National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JQ
Salary : £45,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience

About the role
Key Accountabilities
To do this, you will have accountability for:
- Communicate with key stakeholders on Mulesoft capabilities, development progress and support activities.
- Creation and maintenance of the technical (e.g., Dataflow, Systems Context) documentation.
- Designing and developing new Mulesoft components as required.
- Assist in reviewing the existing API landscape, increase reuse and expand their monitoring capabilities.
- Providing guidance and advice for CRM business users primarily including the Customer Engagement team.
- Accountability for management of any production incidents or problems relating to Mulesoft
Person Specification
Previous Experience of:
- Experience of carrying out systems analysis and producing detailed requirements specifications
- Architecting and delivering the MuleSoft platform and realizing the API-led connectivity vision
- Working with clients to establish the optimal MuleSoft architecture, covering governance, deployment, patterns, and technology
- Defining and delivering an Integration Strategy and Operating Model that aligns to and underpins business, technology and digital strategies
- Understanding the emerging trends and MuleSoft product enhancements, including how these can help their clients overcome their biggest challenges
- Basic understanding of data concepts and modelling (e.g. Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models)
- Salesforce Einstein Data Discovery
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem
Knowledge, Training & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Mulesoft architecture and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem
