Job Description - Jetting Assistant Job Title: Jetting Assistant Department: Jetting Team Reporting to: Lead Jetter Responsible for: Assisting the Jetting Team. There will be a 6 and 12 month review whereby if performance is on target salary will be increase with a view to signing off as a competent jetter after 12 months

Job Summary

A Jetting Assistant will conduct general duties under the supervision of a Lead Jetter, Supervisor or Manager, in order to make up a full jetting team. The Jetting Assistant may undertake jetting using a jetting gun, in order to be more proficient - the individual is likely to operate the machine / act as Safety Stanby. Jetting Assistant will undertake general industrial cleaning duties as required by the company. Responsibilities - Undertakes high pressure jetting work as part of a team. - Will operate as third man, assisting in operating machinery and monitoring the area as a Safety Standby. - Complies with jetting rotation duties as directed by the Lead Jetter. - May undertake jetting, under supervision. - Ensure that equipment and PPE is treated appropriately. - Understand all Health & Safety requirements for each job and raise issues appropriately to ensure safe working. - Interface professionally with client onsite. - General industrial cleaning activities, as required. - Undertakes any reasonable instruction required by Management Essential Training / Requirements - Must hold or be planning to hold a current Water Jetting Association training qualification. - Confined Space certification, where appropriate - Appropriate Site Inductions - Either CCNSG or a CSCS card, dependent on location. Medical Requirement - Face fit for full / half mask, where appropriate. - Confined space

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
