Gardening Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Garden Associate to join our team. As a Garden Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening and groundskeeping tasks to ensure the beauty and maintenance of our gardens and landscapes.

**Duties**:

- Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, plants, trees, and shrubs
- Operate power tools and hand tools to trim, prune, and shape plants
- Perform regular irrigation tasks to ensure proper watering of plants
- Assist with landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, and weeding
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute garden projects
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering gardening advice

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in gardening or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in gardening
- Familiarity with plant care techniques, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
