**Role: Managing Retrofit Coordinator**

**The company**

PropCert is a leading property certification company specialising in property compliance and certification, heating system installation and repair and energy efficiency improvements. We visit 10,000 UK properties a month carrying out our services. This is split between a B2C element working on behalf of landlords and homeowners directly and a B2B model working with estate agents, housing associations, energy companies and other businesses that would require our services.

**The Role**

PropCert has experienced significant and sustained growth over its 10 years of operation and is committed for our future growth to be centred around the country's transition to Net Zero. PropCert is recruiting for a Managing Retrofit Coordinator to head up the new _Retrofit Assessment, Coordination and Design_ division of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be reporting directly into the Managing Director and working closely with the Business Development Director in identifying new opportunities.
- Oversee the upskilling of our nationwide energy assessor workforce to build a nationwide network of retrofit assessors.
- Build and manage a team of Retrofit Coordinators as and when required, organising daily tasks and workloads to achieve the businesses outputs and forecasts.
- Managing live projects in various stages of the survey and retrofit process.
- Creating the projects Design Brief and ensuring all those involved in the design journey adhere to its directives and principles.
- Oversee the delivery of the retrofit process from start to finish, working closely with assessors, designers, installers and evaluators.
- Oversee suppliers TrustMark Data Warehouse lodgement and secure all associated Certification in line with agreed timelines.
- Coordinating with multiple clients nationwide to ensure project delivery dates are met and a pipeline of PAS 2035 compliant designs are delivered.
- Keep up-to-date with Government regulations and policy changes along with technical and administrative developments relating to low carbon retrofit, including new funding streams, changing quality assurance requirements and ensure that all work carried out is consistent with standards applicable at the time.
- Must have previous experience in a similar management role and hold the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Must have an understanding of the retrofit industry and the processes involved in the installation of insulation, heating and renewables into domestic properties including PAS2035.
- Will have knowledge on the Energy Company Obligation Scheme.
- Will be a strong communicator with the ability to tailor your approach to each individual client, customer and third-party supplier.
- Will ideally have experience of designing and delivering high volume projects of a similar nature.

- Salary: £50,000-£70,000
