**Key responsibilities**
- Accountable for recruitment across your division, partnering the Area Managers, HRBP’s and senior managers to provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Planning and executing volume recruitment for new stores.
- Provide clear communication of vacancies and actions to appropriate stakeholders when needed.
- Drive and deliver HR recruiting best practices.
- Work with stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand any succession plans and how that aligns with recruitment activity.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
- Drive line manager capability, educating and ensuring best practice guidelines are delivered.
- Using and analysing data to drive recruitment decisions.

**Required skills & experience**
- Prior recruitment experience and end to end vacancy management.
- Ability to prioritise, work accurately and efficiently to meet workload and business requirements.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to be highly organised to ensure a high level of service to stakeholders.
- Proven influencing and persuasion skills.
- Ability to collaborate and share best pratice with wider team members.
