**Our client is now looking for a Mobile Cleaner to join our busy team in Uxbridge.**

**They are an established supplier of accommodation and property management services. For more than 15 years they have been working in partnership with Local Authorities and Private Investors**

**Salary**: ** £23,712. Per Annum**

**Hours are Monday to Saturday - 8am till 6pm**

**Driving : Essential - Company vehicle provided**

**You will need to**:

- Be a hands-on individual and to ensure cleanliness of the buildings are maintained internally and externally.
- Be practical with basic DIY skills
- Carry out various caretaking duties including basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Carryout daily property inspections
- Understand Health and Safety principles

**Cleaner Requirements**:

- Basic DIY ability desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Well-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
