We are currently seeking a Deli Supervisor who has a working knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations, along with a passion for all things fresh food, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements for this job**:

- Previous experience managing a team of staff
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A passion for high-quality food and cooking

**Duties include**:

- Training and developing staff
- Following HACCP and Food Safety regulations
- Stock ordering and stock rotation
- Managing waste and margin
- Leading the team in terms of customer service
- Creating new deli recipes and ideas

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
