**Working hours: Monday-Friday standard office hours
- 7:30am-5pm**

Working for a leading Speciality chemicals manufacturer. You will be working closely with our colleagues; you will be responsible for order verification and prepare shipping documentation like returns, purchase orders and delivery notes. Maintaining accuraterecords for fleet availability and the status, there will also be an involvement with monitoring raw materials and stock levels, placing orders as needed.

**You**
- Have experience within a supply chain environment
- Experienced with administration
- Will work closely with the distribution controller for scheduling
- Will have a good understanding of SAP or other ERP, MRP or MS office systems
