We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at DU Clean. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential and commercial spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' premises are consistently clean, organised, and presentable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash and dispose of waste appropriately
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces as required
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality results
- Adhere to safety protocols and properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and practices
- A positive and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.18-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
