The Wellness Tree Group are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Support Advisor to join their busy team. It is a varied role and you will be supporting customers, the Customer Support Manager, the Sales Team and other members of staff in the smooth day to day running of the company.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Administrating customer orders
- Administrating returns/refunds
- Administrating deliveries/producing shipping labels
- General office duties
- Organising vehicle hire
- Ordering office stationery or other items
- Background within a similar role
- Full computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills at all levels - verbal and written
- Experience in providing effective customer care
- Managing a busy workload and coordinating tasks
- A great communicator able to deal with customer feedback and complaints
- A team player
- Able to work flexibly to the demands of the business
- Show empathy and be resilient to deal with sensitive or challenging situations

Full and Part-time hours considered. The company offer free staff parking. Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the office.
