You will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of accounts, posting payments, accounts receivables and managing the payment cycle. You will use strong interpersonal skills as well as advanced computer skills to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and ensure prompt payment of invoices. Our Credit Controller must be a self-starter who is comfortable using information technology and working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts for overdue invoices and ensure that any issues are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Be a good communicator with colleagues, clients and vendors.
- Analyse accounts that are late to determine the reasons for the delay.
- Contact clients to determine settlement time frames.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
