**Job Title: Lettings Valuer / Lister**

**Hours**:Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturday 10 am to 4 pm)

**Location**:Hampstead

**Salary**:Competitive (Basic salary + enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits+ £5,000 Car Allowance)

With a focus on delivering exceptional service and expertise, we are seeking a skilled Lettings Lister to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our success and be part of the thriving Hampstead property market.

As a Lettings Lister, you will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, building relationships with landlords, and marketing rental properties in Hampstead and the surrounding areas. Your expertise and knowledge of the local market will enable you to provide landlords with valuable advice on rental values in the NW6 N6 NW11 NW2 and effective property marketing strategies. You will create compelling property listings to attract potential tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property appraisals and market assessments to accurately determine rental values in Hampstead.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing expert advice on property marketing strategies.
- Create engaging and persuasive property listings that highlight unique features and attract potential tenants.
- Utilize various marketing channels and networking opportunities to proactively promote rental properties.
- Answer inquiries, and present offers to Landlords
- Stay updated on rental market trends and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Lettings Lister or similar role within the property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Hampstead property market, rental trends, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with landlords and tenants.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple properties.
- A valid driver's license to drive in the UK
