This role would primarily support the Senior Product Manager with all analysis of all quality aspects from intake to the PH operation, measuring the effectiveness of our quality management. Further to this, the role would encompass a number of projects relating to quality management and in support of the wider technical team. This role would be based at Finedon but may include occasional travel to Turners Newmarket.

Meeting customer requirements
- To measure and monitor the effectiveness and efficiencies of quality control.
- To manage the QA App to ensure quality checks are appropriate to the product.
- To ensure shelf life and other sampling is controlled and managed.
- Coordinate with the Turners QC team to ensure inspections are carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure information regarding quality requested from other departments and customers s responded to in a timely and accurate way.
- Assist the Senior Product Manager in projects designed to increase the level of automation in quality functions.

Supplier management
- To ensure suppliers receive appropriate and accurate quality reports relating to their produce. Respond to queries they may raise.
- Develop and enhance specifications given to customers to ensure quality requirements are clearly communicated.

Reporting and compliance
- To develop and maintain reports relating to quality performance on site.
- To proactively be aware of supplier, market and competitor developments to ensure that the company are remaining competitive and at the forefront of product development.

Cross functional working
- To liaise with procurement and technical teams to effectively target quality compliance checks.
- Support the wider technical team with appropriate projects as they arise.

Strategic priorities
- Supporting the Senior Product Manager in the strategic priorities.
