**Warehouse Operative**

Our client, Blink Medical Ltd is part of the Corza family and they are a leading provider of Ophthalmic single-use instruments. Their mission is to champion and aid surgical providers with remarkable service and exceptional choice. They are a growing friendly business of 70 employees based in Shirley, Solihull. They are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing orders
- Preparing orders for despatch and helping to load the vehicles
- Booking orders in / out using the computer system
- Participating in stock checks when required

You will ideally need:

- To have picking and packing experience
- To be able to lift circa 25kg - some boxes can be heavy
- Be confident using a computer as you'll be booking stock in / out
- FLT licence would be an advantage but not essential

In return, our client can offer:

- A salary of £11.00 per hour
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Life assurance x4 times salary
- Enhanced employer pension contributions (employer 7%, employee 3%)

Working hours: 38.75 hours per week - Monday - Friday, 08.15-16.30 with a 30min break.
