**Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include**:

- Market Appraisal generation
- Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

**Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role**:

- Some experience within estate agency preferred
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Comfortable working with targets
- Eager to learn and develop
- Driven and ambitious to 'add value'
