Personalisation Production Team Leader

We are looking for a Production Team leader to joint our team to help manage production and workflow. We specialise in personalised products, predominately Children & Babies.

You will be responsible for making sure orders go out on time and managing a work flow throughout the entire business. From our Manufacturing side (Sewing & Cutting) to our personalisation side. Processing stock adjustments, replacements, mistake sheets and creating stock orders, customer service to name a few tasks. You will also be the first point of contact should the directors be out of the business this may include passing any information on, taking sickness calls etc. You will be a Key holder to assist in the opening and closing of the business along with other members of staff.

You will learn the entire of the personalisation as this will be the majority of your role besides the above. You will cover holidays, sickness and large workloads when needed. These tasks include
- Picking
- Packing
- Deliveries
- Stock ordres
- DTF
- Printable Vinyl
- Vinyl
- Sublimation
- Embroidery
- Heatpressing

The working hours are - 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and are none negotiable.

You will process all the urgent daily tasks first thing which will include checking all old ordres and 48 hour dispatch orders have left, ensure every one knows where they are in a morning. Quick morning pep talk to the team so that they know where they are, what they are doing, if there are any offers etc. You will check all orders are printed in all the platforms ensure customer service is actioned and all the checks needed for a smooth running process. You will check regularly where the sewing and cutting department are up to including moving team members around should area's be busy/quiet.

You will need a key eye for detail in this role due to the vast amount of products we sell, the personalisation and everything that needs checking multiple time of each order. You must have computer experience, excel knowledge is a must.

This is a fast paced role within the production department

You must be confident working with others as a team but also alone and not to be afraid of asking questions.

This role requires you to be a key holder to assist in the opening and closing of the business as a full time member of staff.

Due to the area where we do Tiktok lives you must be comfortable being on Tiktok lives and the camera at the backing area. You do not need to be in full shot face on with the camera but you will be unavoidably in the background.

Start date between 2-4 weeks.
