Overworld AMP Ltd is an Alternative Provision building on a foundation of Creative Media and E-sports. Working with Neurodiverse Children/young people between the ages of 8 to 25, outside of education.

Actively seeking to expand our team of Outstanding Gaming Assistants, who foster collaboration and creativity, and offer nurture, inclusion, teamwork and communication. Utilising their skills video and sound editing, graphic design, broadcasting, and event planning. Role.
- Assist our young people in creating lesson plans and workflows for video gaming sessions.
- Creating and recording gaming videos and images for visual showreels.
- Editing gameplay and videos for online and internal use.
- Host and organise tournaments and events for students.
- Guide a child or young person through courses, certification, qualifications or respite.
- Understand each young persons individual personality, skillset and challenges
- To identify opportunities to support the young person and to record progress

Qualities you'll need:

- Knowledge and Experience with Online and Offline Gaming.
- Willingness to Work with children and young people.
- To Excel in Gaming and to encourage our young peoples skills.
- A strong understanding of Social Media, including Youtube, insta, Tik-Tok and Discord
- Knowledge of Office software and IT competence an assest
- A sense of humour & patience
- Good verbal and written communication
- Creativity, Enthusiasm and Dedication

Working wage as directed by the Gov. uk

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £6.00-£10.42 per hour
