**Hours**: Working 8:30am - 5pm from **Sunday - Thursday** - _**please note the working days**_

**12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for the role to go permanent.**

They are currently looking for a?**IT Helpdesk Analyst**?to join their Global IT Helpdesk team on a Fixed-Term basis. You will be reporting directly to the Functional Leader - IT Helpdesk they are looking for someone who can bring a passionfor delighting customers and some technical experience to support growing UK & Ireland markets.

As IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be confident working in a stand-alone role based in the UK, and be a highly collaborative team player, excited by the opportunity to support Global markets in a "follow-the-sun" IT service model.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of a global IT Helpdesk team to prioritise and troubleshoot incoming global and local requests/tickets, balancing customer needs across helpdesk shift patterns and timeframes.
- Provide support for all end user devices for customers locally as well as worldwide.
- Some liaison with external contractors, vendors and key business stakeholders to effectively progress activities with assigned owners.
- Troubleshoot non - complex hardware, software and phone problems.
- Escalate more complex issues appropriately.
- Contribute to required projects.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Some experience of supporting MS Office, Teams and general 1st line issues, e.g., password resets, WiFi issues, printers, etc.
- Able to self-motivate.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
- Effective communicator who can talk to customers in different countries, appreciate different languages, accents and cultures, and adapt personal style as required.
- Comfortable working with remote managers and teams across the globe.
