We're looking for warm and friendly Support Practitioners to join our team in Pollok, supporting individuals to continue to live the happy and fulfilled life we all deserve

**About the role**:
The Pollok Service provides support to 5 individuals, 1 person living in their own home and 4 individuals in another house that they share.

We can assure you that no two days will be the same in this role, as we encourage the people we support to be out and about and having fun This could be anything from swimming, cooking, going out for lunch, seeing friends, watching films, going to the gym or supporting someone on their holidays

When at home you may be required to support with their personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.

**About you**:
We are looking for individuals who are sensitive to people’s needs and proactive in supporting people to lead active lives. You will have a good understanding of the need to support people to stay healthy and safe, while being comfortable at managing risk accordingly.

You will use the best of your personality and skills every day. From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling people to live independently, you will make a real difference.

- Driver (Desirable)
