We have an excellent opportunity working for a successful Building, Mechanical and Electrical company who deliver projects for a number of leading supermarkets & retail

We are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their team, on a permanent basis at their office on the outskirts of Clowne.

You will be in charge of looking after the Credit Control function along with taking part in the estimation function completing commercial admin and putting together quotes.

**You will**:

- Looking after the full Credit Control function.
- Managing of cash receipts, ensuring receipts are posted and allocated efficiently and accurately.
- Raising Sales Invoices, send statements and overdue letters
- Ensuring debtors are chased and payments due are pre-empted, with any issues to be escalated immediately.
- Read, understand and implement the Company Health and Safety Policy and QA at all times
- Ensure all communication is accurately logged and documented.
- Invoicing and PO’s.
- Working closely with the operations and QS teams.
- Dealing with commercial admin jobs to help all teams.
- Cash Forecast Tracker daily update and weekly reconciliation
- Returning letters for Self-Billed Invoices/ ensure up to date self-billing agreements in place where applicable

**You will need**:

- Minimum 3 years accounts/ commercial experience.
- Qualified GCSE or above.
- Previous experience within similar operational sector
- Microsoft Suite competent
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritise work

**In return**:

- Mon to Fri, 40hours
- Circa £25K DOE
