This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a leading independent **Estate Agent** who are looking for a **Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator**to join one of their successful branches.**
My client is looking for someone who is service and results driven who can remain calm under pressure and help drive business levels forward. In return you will join a reputable independent **Estate Agency**that recognises and rewards its staff for a job**_ well done._**

**Duties**:

- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
- Matching customer needs to properties available
- Advertising properties online
- Assisting management and administrators
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
- Showing people around properties in the local area

**Requirements**:

- **You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car**:

- You will thrive in a busy environment
- You will have good interpersonal and people skills
- You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
