**As our new Commercial Graduate you will**:

The positions with us are diverse, and we need people who have demonstrated ability to lead, and work as part of a multi-functional and multi-cultural network / team.

**Tendering - main tasks**
- Manage all aspects of the quotation and contract review processes including market surveys / studies, tender and clarification management, contract negotiation and contract review.
- Compile quotations in accordance with customer requirements ranging from full tender packages to basic spares quotes and preparation of variation orders within existing projects.
- Liaise with internal teams and global departments to create cost structure and close interaction with Sales to compile pricing matrices.
- Compile proposed execution strategy based on availability of parts and manufacturing site schedules.
- Arrange and lead kick off and bid review meetings with all necessary stakeholders and ability to present a tender summary to gain approval for submission.
- Leading Contract Review, soliciting feedback from all internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with tender and conform to company requirements

**Execution - main tasks**
- Support the tendering team project hand over
- Support order/ project kick off process as per Business Process Management System.
- Support financial start up process
- Support development of risk management plan and execution plan
- Support execution of the project deliverables
- Invoicing and account receivables

**Attributes**
- Professional communicator both verbally and written with an outgoing personality
- Able to communicate with professional and technical personnel at all levels in the organisation
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognise problems, define the pertinent issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Adaptable and flexible in their approach to problems and tasks
