Key activities
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Customer.
- Create new reservations.
- Manage all reservations via the authorised route to the Rental Station.
- Pro-active management of all open rentals. To include extending hires or rehiring a rental - taking payments as required.
- To work closely with Key Accounts.
- Ensure rehires/terminations are completed immediately after the hire period has expired.
- Chase collection ensuring a quick turnaround of vehicles.
- Manage any customer service queries relating to live rentals, completing full investigation and resolution.
- To be aware and work to new GDPR requirements concerning data protection.
- Ensure that a professional and courteous image is portrayed at all times, both personally and in attitude and appearance in the work area.
- Maintain complete security of all Otis Van & Truck Hire policies, rates, terms and conditions
- Carry out any other tasks and duties as may reasonably be required.
- Assisting with credit control as required.

In keeping with accepted principles of good working practice, you may be required to undertake additional or alternative duties.

Relationships and Roles
- Work with other company employees to achieve sales strategy and Company goals, including with respect to upselling to ensure maximum profitability for the Company.
- Work closely with and develop relationships as required with employees of the Company’s associated companies.
- Maintain a high standard of dress in accordance with the company’s image
- Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, reporting current issues to the board of directors as required.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
