Award-winning Engineering products and services Innovators based in Portishead, Nr Bristol, are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join their busy projects team. Working closely with and reporting to the Programme Manager, you will primarily provide administrative support to and the wider project team to ensure a proper flow of office procedures.

Duties of the Administrator will include project status communication, scheduling, attendance and minuting technical meetings and timely preparation and reporting to internal and external customers. Superb IT literacy is essential to this busy, varied role requiring the ability to adapt to changing demands throughout the life-cycle of the projects.

Project experience is preferable although not essential. Quick to learn and with relevant administration experience, ideally from a technical / engineering environment, the Administrator will bring confidence in using multiple systems simultaneously. Planning, prioritising and utilising the ERP system to ensure the smooth running, recording and communication of project activity at every stage.

**Duties of the Administrator include**:

- Supporting the Programme Manager with project delivery in accordance with company standard operating procedures
- Scheduling, attending and minuting technical meetings
- Maintaining effective and consistent project team communication systems
- Ensuring that reports and other documentation are delivered to clients/customers/internal personnel on-time and with the appropriate level of information
- Maintaining the project risk and action tracker logs, along with the project query register, and expedite the task register
- Configuration of management records for clients, suppliers and internal ERP data
- Generate concise, accurate documentation with an appropriate level of information in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide verbal and written progress reports to all levels of management within the business.
- Take an active role in identifying lessons learned and trends to the Programme Manager.
- General office administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications, skills and experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably supporting a project team although not essential
- Self-motivated with superb organisation and the ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload
- Pro-active, flexible and positive attitude
- High levels of integrity & excellent work ethic
- Proficiency on MS Office packages, customer relationship management (CRM) and ideally ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and face to face)
- Time management and good attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Occasional travel to customer/supplier sites may be required in line with business needs

Hours: - 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday - office based with the potential of one/two days a week working from home and part time hours over the 5 days will be considered.
