We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Spa Receptionist to join our friendly and professional Spa team at Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort.
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated team player who is able to work well under pressure. You will be an experienced receptionist who is ready to take on the challenge of managing our reception area efficiently, working closely with our team of therapists and fitness instructors ensuring all guests needs are exceeded.
You will need to demonstrate excellent guest service skills, be well presented with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Your role will be to lead the Reception team, meet and greet our members and Spa Day guests, book treatments and ensure that all Hotel Residents and Spa members enjoy the ultimate customer experience whilst visiting the Spa.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
