I am recruiting for a Commercial Corporate Solicitor for a full time, permanent position in Bristol City Centre. They have a specialist reputation in the area and nationally and want to grow their department further.
**The Client**
My client is a dynamic boutique law firm who have invested their time and experience to select and handpick their team. The detail they have undertaken has created a collaborative team with excellent values.
Despite being a small firm by headcount, the sophisticated nature they operate under allows them to deliver a service on par of the Legal 200 circle but benefits with a more personal touch form their quality case load.
To enable their next phase of growth after a pivotal year they are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor to continue this growth into 2023 and many years to come.
**Your role**
You will be instrumental in assisting in the continued development and growth of the corporate and commercial department. The role consists of a broad existing caseload including share and asset disposals and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercialcontracts, partnership and limited liability partnership agreements and bank funding. You will need to be focused on building relationships with clients and introducers and be able to consistently deliver outstanding and straightforward advice to clients.

**You**
- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within commercial law
- You will be entrepreneurial and confident in your ability to help the department grow.
- You will be professional, personable, and approachable.
- You will be highly articulate both verbally and in writing.
- You will enjoy being part of a dynamic team but comfortable in working autonomously.
- You will be comfortable with a varied case load in all areas of Commercial and Corporate law.
**The Team and Wider Support**
As a boutique commercial firm, you will have direct access to all members of
the team. Initially, you will spend time with the Managing Director, Business Development and
Sales Manager and the Head of the Department, delivering client services, identifying
opportunities and building relationships.
This really is an energetic, closely connected team. The Managing Director is actively involved in the development of the team. The work is serious and there is a high output required, but the environment is “supportive, fun, and enjoyable.”
