We are looking for an experienced Welding/Fabricator Supervisor to join our expanding metal fabrication team based at our workshop in Neath.

We predominantly supply the automotive industry and infrastructure. Supplying to a growing list of prestigious clients, our premium metalwork is renowned for its exceptional quality.

We are looking for a skilled professional who has experience in a similar supervisory/ management role overseeing a team of welders/fabricators.
- Demonstrate knowledge of MIG machinery
- Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
- Work accurately under tight time constraints.
- Inspect to ensure required quality is achieved at all times

- Flexible (overtime when required)
- Willing to engage in continuous improvement projects
- Excellent time-keeping and attendance record

Working hours: 38 hours per week; Mon to Thurs 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 2.30pm.

Salary will be dependent upon experience and discussed further at interview stage.

Schedule:
