The client provides intensive Housing Management services which aim to empower residents with the right tools to live independently.

What will you be doing?

Working as part of a team, the main role is to manage a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area. You will be working with families at risk of becoming homeless, with the main goal of the role being to support that family.
- You'll hold weekly meetings with each household to complete support logs.
- Act as an advocate for residents so that they can access services.
- Sign up residents to correct tenancy agreements and assist residents in seeking extra government support.

37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday

Temp contract through Brook Street Social Care (rolling), opportunity to become permanent after fourteen weeks. We can increase the contract hours to 48 hrs to suit your needs.
