Sales and Service Advisor

We are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our team as a Rental Sales and Service Advisor in our Call Centre in Ipswich.
As a member of our friendly and energetic team we are looking for an engaging personality to build rapport with customers, providing them with the best possible sales and service experience over the phone. You would be someone who shares our company values of Honesty, Respectfulness, Loyalty and Accountability.

**What does the role include?**
- Discussing different product and purchasing options as well as additional services to add value to the customer’s purchase(s)
- Handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently whilst ensuring our customers receive fantastic experience
- Promoting our brand and service to new and existing customers.
- Personal development, learning new skills and product knowledge.
- Using technology to process and complete sales - don’t worry as full training on our systems will be given.
- Promoting a safe and friendly working environment.
- Meeting personal and team targets
**What Skills and Experience is required?**
