We are looking for an experienced butcher to work in our farm shop. Our butchers department uses beef, lamb and pork reared on our family farm. Butchers must be able to breakdown whole carcasses of beef, lamb and pork. Bone out, trim and prepare joints in all the various cuts to display on our counter. Customer service is important and applicants must be able to converse knowledgeably with our customers.

**Salary**: From £29,120.00 per year
