Office Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to gain knowledge and develop their skills as a Transport Administrator for a well-known waste company in Thamesmead, Greenwich.
Within the role you will be required to do the following duties:
- Preparing disposal reports using Power BI and completing administration tasks to ensure compliance.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders using systems such as Workday/Sage.
- Carry out month end reports for the Greenwich Transfer Station and Greenwich RDF, including raising disposal invoices.
- Complete monthly disposal and haulage ticket reconciliation.
- Ensure purchasing, invoicing, payroll, holidays, absences, output data and workflows are up to date and accurate.
- Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll and deal with payroll requests using SAP and Workday.
- Assist Contracts Manager in client meetings and responding to client enquiries.
- Answering phones, dealing with customer queries and booking jobs

**Essential requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Minimum 1 year admin experience within a logistics/transport company
- Strong Administration knowledge
- Experience using Elemos, Workday, Sage, SAP, Power Bl or Google will be preferred
- Numerate and PC literate with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative in high pressure environment
- Attention to detail
