Finance Administrator

Established client based in Billingshurst seek a finance administrator to join their small team on a full or part time basis to support both sales and purchase ledger.Duties will include:
- Checking, coding and processing purchase ledger invoices (UK & overseas) including and matching to purchase orders and goods received
- Processing of staff expenses and company credit card statements
- Dealing with suppliers and staff queries
- Processing online banking payments
- Reconciling supplier accounts monthly
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Team
- Liaising with different areas of the business
- Assisting with sales ledger and credit control including cash allocation, month-end statement preparation, credit-notes and sales ledger reconciliation work
- Potential to take on other month end reconciliations in the future
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
