**Introduction**

We are recruiting for an experienced legal secretary to join our central Excello 360 support team and based at our Liverpool City centre office. The role is a varied one and plays an important role in supporting the needs of our team of lawyers.

**Secretarial**

Working as part of our national central Excello 360 support team responsibilities include:

- secretarial support to the Excello Law consultant lawyer team working across all commercial practice areas including family and private client
- audio/copy typing and document formatting
- assisting with the administration of the case management system to include file opening, raising echits, document management, archiving
- assisting with client and consultant lawyer invoicing
- general assistant duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and preparing bundles

You will play a pivotal role supporting our team of lawyers across the country and we therefore expect that you will be used to developing a general culture of “customer satisfaction” and delivering a consistently high service.

**Office Coordinator**

Working as part of a team to support the smooth running of the City office (and support for Chester office to cover holiday/illness absence) including:

- Responsible for the office environment acting as a focal point for all employees and consultant lawyers within the office base
- handling administrative tasks
- looking after the upkeep of the office and managing the cleaning company
- developing office protocols, proactively maintaining upkeep of the office space
- managing the office post process
- managing office filing and archiving, along with service providers
- taking responsibility for hot desk bookings and meeting room bookings,
- keeping stationery and all office supplies fully stocked
- Health & Safety - first aid and fire safety duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
