We need a professional BID Co-ordinator Assistant who is organised, holds strong interpersonal and communication skills to feed into BIDs and preparing documents as well as assisting in marketing related tasks.

It is essential to understand Marketing Analysis of the marketing industry and the competitors. This will include knowledge or previous experience of indirect marketing.

Here you will be engaged in supporting the Northern Studios and the London Marketing Team from your office in Sheffield. As well as reporting to the Northern Region Head of Marketing.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Support the Northern Marketing team in the BID process.
- Cordinating and preparing marketing materials
- Helping organise internal and external events
- Collating and maintain sector/ group/ professional marketing information
- Undertaking research for marketing purposes
- Supporting client-focused marketing and business development plans and initiatives
- Supporting other marketers around the practice in marketing related tasks

Skills and experience required:

- Good understanding of business development and marketing
- Experience within design or construction industry
- Knowledge and experience of indirect marketing
- Capable of using Open Asset, Zoho and Deletek
- Able to build strong relationships
- Ability to compile, edit and proofread texts
- Possess a proactive, understanding and flexible approach to dealing with issues and achieving collective goals
