**Key Responsibilities**

- **Deliver exceptional service as a Workplace Experience Host, embodying brand principles, culture, and values to create memorable, enjoyable, and personalised encounters**

- **Serve as the main point of contact and ambassador for assigned floors/buildings, engaging with colleagues, guests, and internal stakeholders to provide a holistic workday experience**
***:

- **Build rapport with colleagues and guests, going the extra mile with a positive attitude, and using feedback to make recommendations**
***:

- **Log all activities meticulously to contribute to our data-driven business model and facilitate continuous learning**
***:

- **Ensure a welcoming, professional environment, promptly addressing colleagues' needs and handling guest inquiries courteously**
***:

- **Conduct Daily Checklists to maintain quality workspaces, improve performance, and track progress**
***:

- **Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using established processes and technology**
***:

- **Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe office floor, promptly reporting any quality control issues**
***:

- **Organise occasional surprise and delight or pop-up events to add excitement to the workplace**

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**

***
- **Minimum 3-5 years customer services experience, specifically dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients**
***:

- **High School or College Degree**
***:

- **Proven track record of providing stellar customer service**
***:

- **Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment**

- **Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication**
