**The Role**
Most of the team's work is designed to satisfy regulatory and corporate policy obligations, and this involves working closely with various departments. By providing a co-ordinated solution, the quality, standardisation, and timeliness of reactions is assured,and the administrative burden on the specialised business areas is minimised.
The Manager primarily assists the Business Administration with their workload, but there is also opportunity to work closely with the other team functions
**Role and Daily tasks**
- Design and deliver various in-house employee training programmes
- Manage employee data. Includes administration of the weekly Joiners & Leavers analysis and downstream actions
- Deliver the Global Incident & Crisis Management programme for the business (in conjunction with the US team) ensuring compliance with the related corporate policies and industry best practice
- Manage the vendor management sub-team to help the business Vendor Management Oversight Group (VMOG) to ensure all internal and external vendor services (engagements) are managed appropriately and in compliance with the related corporate policies, regulatoryobligations and industry best practices
- Manage the centralised administration and oversight of outsourced services delivered on behalf of the business by a key third party vendor
- Complete the annual performance appraisal process for all direct reports.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of all Business Management team assignments in order to provide management assistance
- Represent the team in meetings (internal and external) and demonstrate effective relationships with other business areas.
- Assist on all Management Information and Compliance reporting (and adhoc reporting to any other business area) for the team e.g., monthly management sign-off packs, team KRI data, and adhoc statistics. Provide input into audit and control processes (internaland external auditors) on behalf of the team.
