**Support Worker (extra care) part time at £10.90 per hour - No travel required**

Hollymere is a well respected Extra care Scheme based in Ellesmere Port that enables Residents to live as independent lives as possible. We are now offering contracted hours and currently can offer contracts working 20 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
You will be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments, tasks will include personal care, check in visits, administering medication and domestic tasks.

Qualifications:
